is seeking a dynamic
Outside Sales Representative
to join our team in the
Cleveland, TN
market.
This role is a
high-volume B2B sales opportunity
focused on
commercial waste removal and disposal services . You'll manage a mix of
new business development
and
account retention , using a consultative approach to deliver customized solutions to clients in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities: Sell
commercial waste and recycling services
to businesses and industrial clients
Manage a personal sales territory through
cold calling, prospecting, and in-person client visits
Develop strong client relationships and act as the
primary point of contact
for your book of business
Prepare and present customized proposals based on customer needs and waste stream analysis
Utilize and maintain
Salesforce CRM (ARES)
to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate
renewals and upsell opportunities
Work closely with internal departments including operations and customer service to meet client expectations
Attend
networking events ,
trade shows , and
chamber of commerce activities
to grow company visibility
Stay informed on
waste industry trends , services, and pricing models to support customer success
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience
preferred
Experience in
solid waste, environmental services, or industrial sales
is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable with
cold calling , lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline
Proficient in using
CRM tools
(Salesforce preferred)
Reliable transportation
and valid driver's license required
Bachelor's degree preferred
