We are seeking an experienced and driven

Director of Acquisitions

to lead the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new multifamily investments. This role is dedicated exclusively to

acquisitions and investment strategy

with no property management or operational responsibilities. The Director will play a central role in expanding Yellowstones portfolio, developing key market relationships, and shaping the firms ongoing investment strategy. Key Responsibilities

Originate, analyze, and execute new multifamily investment opportunities aligned with Yellowstones acquisition strategy Lead all phases of the acquisition process, including underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring, financing, and closing Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and equity partners to generate consistent deal flow Collaborate with internal asset management, construction, and operations teams to validate assumptions and business plans Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to guide investment decisions Qualifications

712+ years

of combined experience in real estate acquisitions, private equity, or investment management, including

5+ years in multifamily acquisitions Bachelors degree

in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field ( Masters degree strongly preferred ) Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing transactions across multiple markets Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills Deep understanding of capital markets, debt structures, and underwriting fundamentals Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to blend analytical discipline with entrepreneurial execution Why Join Yellowstone
