Compensation Package: Base Salary:

$70,000 - 80,000/yr (experience based) Sign-On Bonus:

$5,000 Performance Related Bonuses On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$75,000

$90,000/year

Role Overview As an

Executive Administrative Assistant

at CVG Home Buyers, you will provide direct support to our Executive Team and oversee the day-to-day management of office operations. Youll play a vital role in keeping our organization running efficiently behind the scenes

managing administrative functions, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting company initiatives.

This position requires an individual who is

highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential, as youll often interact with both internal staff and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Arrange and coordinate meetings and schedules for the Executive Team. Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy access to information. Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to executives. Manage and assist in various company projects and initiatives, collaborating across departments as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Screen and prioritize communications, directing inquiries appropriately. Support data entry, invoice payments, and utility transfers across multiple properties. Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility organization. Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with event planning. Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Qualifications Proven experience in administrative support or office management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in both individual and team work. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred). Ambitious, growth-minded professional eager to thrive in a demanding yet rewarding environment
