Your Role: As a CNA, you play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily living activities according to their individual service plans. Your work will embody kindness, professionalism, and respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Responsibilities encompass: Providing exceptional care and assistance with daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene Responding to patient call lights with compassion and efficiency Understanding residents' dietary preferences and restrictions to ensure appropriate nutrition Recording vital signs as requested by supervising staff Promptly notifying the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions Qualifications: Current CNA certification A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to exceed expectations for our residents Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently A genuine passion for working with seniors How to Apply: If you are eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our senior residents, we want to hear from you!
