Your Responsibilities: As a vital member of our team, you will provide daily living activities and services tailored to the individual needs of our residents. Your duties will include: Delivering Exceptional Resident Care and Support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Personal Hygiene. Responding to Resident Needs with Compassionate and Effective Assistance. Ensuring Proper Nutrition by Understanding Residents' Preferences, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions. Recording Vital Signs as Required by Nursing Staff. Promptly Notifying the Nurse in Charge of Any Changes in Resident Conditions. Qualifications: Current CNA Certification. A Can-Do Attitude with Willingness to Go the Extra Mile for Our Residents. Ability to Work Effectively in a Team and Independently. A Genuine Passion for Working with Seniors.
