Key Requirements: Active California RN License — REQUIRED BLS Certification — REQUIRED Minimum 2 Years of Recent Experience as a Home Health RN Case Manager (Not Hospice) Proficiency with OASIS Documentation — REQUIRED Strong clinical assessment, time management, and communication skills Reliable transportation for patient visits Job Description: Manage a case load of home health patients, delivering holistic, patient-centered nursing care Complete accurate and timely OASIS assessments, including SOC, ROC, Recertifications, and Discharges Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families on clinical conditions and care plans Maintain compliance with all regulatory and agency standards About Genie Healthcare Genie Healthcare is one of the fastest growing Nurse Travel Agencies in the USA.
