Sales Price and Program Administrator
in Orlando, FL. We are looking to add Customer Service Support to our team. For this position, training will be provided on our ERP system. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Imperial Dade is the leading independently owned and operated distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies in North America. As a provider of customized supply chain solutions, we serve customers in many business-to-business market segments including restaurants, grocery stores, healthcare, sports and entertainment, and cruise lines. Responsibilities
Maintain network program order guides and ERP (S2K) program pricing Manage newly assigned accounts and locations Assist sales consultants with contracted sales pricing & communicate regularly Maintain minimum order fees and fuel surcharge fees Optimize fill rates by providing substitutes for out-of-stock or discontinued items Update and adjust invoice pricing, billing, and order discrepancies Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience, 2+ years specific to large corporate accounts Experience with S2K is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written skills High School Diploma/GED or equivalent We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
