2+ years of backend engineering experience and a solid foundation in both Computer Science and software engineering principles. We’re also open to exceptional college graduates with strong intern/co‑op experience. Fluent in Python and TypeScript, with experience in FastAPI and/or Next.js. Understanding of databases (KV, SQL, document‑based), when each should be used and how they can be optimized. Experience developing, testing, and scaling RESTful APIs. Self‑motivated, low ego, and eager to work on a fast‑paced, intense, fun team; passion for building a world‑class engineering culture. Product‑focused, viewing technology as a means to create an amazing product. Values code quality while shipping fast when needed. Excited about AI/ML applications, having worked with LLMs, agents, and automation. Nice To Have
Knowledge of OOP design patterns, clean architecture, event sourcing, and test‑driven development. Experience with DevOps tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms. Thorough knowledge of the Linux operating system. Hiring Process
