A $7,500 bonus is available for teachers with a Science certificate issued by the NJDOE. A K-6 Certificate with a strong Science background may be considered. Charter schools ARE public schools. Our teachers are part of the New Jersey Teachers’ Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF) with pension credits transferable from traditional public schools.
