Job Summary
As Gulp Media Network (GMN) coordinator, you’ll help grow 7‑Eleven’s retail media network serving the largest Food & Beverage brands as they market to the immediate consumption customer. You’ll facilitate the execution of marketing campaigns, assisting the growth of our network’s capabilities in partnership with our sales & internal teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution across all ad products, in partnership with legal and other cross‑functional partners including marketing and merchandising
Support the sales process, in collaboration with the selling team, clients, merchandise & operations teams
Lead development of in‑store and onsite media with display & audio vendors. Facilitate growth and evolution of the in‑store and onsite media networks in partnership with agency, in‑store and vendor teams
Support development, execution, & communication of campaign performance reports among internal & external partners
Lead financial process with accounting & agency partners to ensure financial reporting is compliant
Partner with external agencies, vendors, and cross‑functional business partners
Lead GMN marketing & PR efforts in partnership with PR team and agency

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s/4‑yr degree in Marketing, Business, or related degree
2+ years relevant experience
Additional Knowledge and Skills
Strong project management skills, organizational & time management skills
Flexible & responsive in a dynamic business environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple & shifting priorities and timelines
Experience in retail, CPG, QSR preferred
Working knowledge of digital advertising operations (tracking, pixels, etc.) & measurement
Ability to understand high‑level marketing KPI’s and how they are driven and reported
Growth mindset vs. Fixed mindset
Proficient in MS Office 365
