Job Description Summary
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing new business opportunities. Candidates will sell products within our Kidney Stone Management Portfolio, including Aptra devices, ureteral stents (Inlay Optima), laser generators, and related products. The territory comprises New York City boroughs and surrounding New Jersey locations such as Morristown, Newark, and Elizabeth.
Responsibilities
Drive sales revenue to exceed priorities and revenue targets.
Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key accounts.
Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in‑service as required.
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue target plans.
Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners as requested.
Present sales modules, workshops, and training curricula at new‑hire training classes and sales meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum BA/BS and three years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
Operating‑room experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated customer service, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Must possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license with three years of consecutive driving history and meet BD’s auto‑safety standards.
Location & Compensation Location: New York City, New Jersey (Newark, Morristown, Elizabeth).
Full‑time, in‑office requirement of at least four days per week.
Salary ranges: $125,992.00 – $207,888 Base + Commission.
