Founded in a basement, chocolatier and mother Christine Apple started Grön in 2015. The company has grown to a team of over 200 passionate individuals in 8 markets.
About the Role Brand Ambassadors spread brand awareness and increase retail sales through client visits, promotional activities, field marketing efforts, and customer engagement. This part‑time position (30 hours/week, mostly weekends and evenings) is for candidates based in Cincinnati or Columbus, Ohio who can travel throughout the southern half of the state.
In this role you will
Promote Grön products through community outreach at dispensaries or industry events
Transport, set up, break down and maintain trade materials and table displays
Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about Grön’s products
Maintain an organized calendar of in‑store events through Microsoft Outlook
Respond promptly to invites for in‑store events and any emails from retailers or Grön sales and marketing teams
Communicate with Account Managers regarding in‑store events, budtender educational sessions via email, text, phone, etc.
Engage budtenders and customers to collect feedback on products
Work closely with sales and marketing staff to execute marketing campaigns and strategies
Take photos and notes from each in‑store event on customer preferences, metrics, and promo performance and upload them for the marketing team
Communicate any opportunities for in‑store displays or merchandising to marketing and sales teams
Create an exciting representation of the brand and showcase all the best that Grön has to offer
You’ll be a great fit if you have the following
Prior experience as a brand ambassador or similar role
Customer service or sales experience and comfort speaking with people one‑to‑one
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; the role is 100% travel based to dispensaries and trade shows
Ability to lift 25+ pounds to set up and break down displays
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
Clear communication skills with people from all backgrounds and seniority levels
Excited to talk to new people and discuss a product you believe in
Enjoyable fast‑paced trade shows or events in dispensaries
Capable of long periods of sitting and standing
Integrity and respect in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
