Workplace Services - West Palm Beach Site Lead at ServiceNow. We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of our West Palm Beach office, ensuring a safe, functional environment that supports productivity and enhances the workplace experience. Responsibilities

Facilities Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) operate effectively; manage soft services, stakeholder engagement, meeting room and event services, office supplies, amenities and perks, move management, and landlord interactions. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with local executives and Workplace Services partners; provide updates on site performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration: Work with the Workplace Services & Real Estate team, HR, IT, and other units to align facilities operations with corporate objectives. Workplace Experience & Employee Services: Drive program strategies, drive user engagement, and enhance the workplace experience; collaborate with Program Leads to contribute ideas for improvement. Employee Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, support emergency preparedness, and oversee security protocols across facilities. Business Continuity & Compliance: Participate in Incident Management and ensure operational resilience for facilities during emergencies or disruptions. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and service contracts; coordinate procurement strategies with Geo and Global Leads. Budgeting and Cost Management: Oversee site budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence to elevate the workplace experience. Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years total, with 5+ years in workplace/facilities management and at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing regional or multi-site operations. Corporate or large-scale workplace experience preferred. Skills & Expertise: Strong leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration; experience in a high-growth environment. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Communication & Relationship Management: Effective communication with executives and colleagues at all levels. Other Requirements: Proven white-glove customer service, hospitality, and employee engagement experience; ability to work with minimal supervision and flexible hours as needed. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, LEED) a plus. Equal Opportunity Employer
