Job Posting Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Summary The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned “house accounts.” This role focuses on strengthening existing customer relationships through consistent communication, quoting, follow‑up, and value‑added service. The specialist serves as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients—driving sales growth, increasing customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expanded business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a defined list of existing customer accounts to achieve growth and retention goals.
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned clients.
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and pricing based on client needs.
Follow up on quotes and inquiries to ensure timely responses and close opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customer contacts through regular communication, virtual meetings, and occasional site visits.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requests.
Track account activity, performance, and pipeline opportunities in CRM or designated systems.
Analyze customer trends to identify additional product/service opportunities.
Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Maintain accurate account information and documentation.
Work Experience
2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer development (B2B environment preferred).
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and following up on leads.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Compensation Expected base pay: $68,640.00 – $84,500 per annum. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job‑related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
