Overview VideaHealth is expanding within the Dental Support Organization (DSO) space and is seeking an Account Executive to focus on selling to Emerging DSOs. This role is designed for a true hunter who thrives in high-energy environments and is eager to lead growth and the uptake of dental AI.

Responsibilities

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently achieving targets and focusing on new logo acquisition to drive revenue.

Engage C-suite decision-makers within the DSO sector, identifying needs and pain points to secure new business and expand market reach.

Conduct persuasive presentations demonstrating the value of VideaHealth’s AI solutions in improving diagnostic precision, patient care, and operational efficiency.

Provide accurate sales forecasting to support planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive expansion aligned with customer needs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and act as a trusted advisor to dental professionals guiding them through digital transformation in dental care.

Attend customer meetings and industry conferences as required to nurture leads and close deals.

Advocate for the client internally to refine the client experience, including implementation, onboarding, and product experience.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B software sales experience with a track record of success selling technology to mid-market customers.

Proven success in hunting and closing new logos.

Enterprise strategic sales experience with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles up to 6-9 months and engage with high-level decision-makers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Flexibility to travel to customer meetings, events, and conferences as required.

Strong time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and a willingness to embrace the field.

Preferred startup experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Agility and resourcefulness in problem solving and strategy adjustment.
