About the Company
Our client is a leading alternative investment platform with a growing private credit business. With a lean and collaborative team of around 50 investment professionals, the platform offers exposure to a broad range of investment types, from underwriting and origination through to portfolio management.
Responsibilities
Support origination and execution of private credit transactions across a range of industries and capital structures.
Lead financial modelling and credit underwriting processes, including detailed analysis of company performance, capital structures, and cash flows.
Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal review and committee discussions.
Conduct market, sector, and business due diligence to assess new investment opportunities.
Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, restructuring, or private credit.
Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations independently.
Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
