Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

What You Will Do
Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is
Bay Area, California $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
