Working outside the office in local schools and municipalities
Skills & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
Licensing:
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66

Training & Development
FINRA Sponsorship:
Provided for required FINRA licensing
Preliminary Employment Period (PEP):
Comprehensive 120‑day hands‑on training
Virtual University:
Access to Equitable Advisors’ Virtual University for continuous learning
Mentorship:
Opportunities for joint work and mentorship
Personalized Coaching:
Benefit from the training and guidance of a local Vice President who will assist you throughout your journey
Leadership Development:
Access to Leadership Development School for those with management ambition
Professional Growth:
Encouragement to pursue professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Equitable Advisors’ Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program
Sign‑On Payment Eligibility:
$250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of company‑sponsored FINRA licenses and registrations
Base Salary:
After successfully completing PEP, you will become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional with an annual salary of $24,000
Commissions and Bonus:
Eligible to earn commissions and bonus on top of the base salary

Eligible to participate in comprehensive benefits programs, including health, dental and vision; 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP)
