Base Pay Range $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Responsibilities
Maintain and process shipments for the club in accordance with company policies by developing and posting delivery schedules.
Compile and organize receiving reports, verify merchandise counts, route merchandise to proper locations, and handle payment of expenses.
Receive merchandise, organize, and maintain the receiving area following company procedures and utilizing equipment.
Appropriately merchandize and complete required documentation.
Track and process claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, and maintain and clean the clearance area.
Utilize technology to capture required reporting and documentation.
Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps and perform forklift spotting.
Handle and dispose of hazardous materials following company guidelines and report unsafe situations to facility management.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
Communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities and adapt to change and feedback.
Embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences to create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
