Job Summary
An Adolescent Navigator assists in addressing all ancillary concerns and needs of adolescents by providing ongoing support, needs identification, and coordination with the treatment team. The Navigator ensures supportive services and follow‑up prior to discharge, enhances client success, identifies and reduces barriers to medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) and behavioral health services, engages patients during participation in CBI services, participates in Child and Family Teams (CFT), provides administrative support to LPN and NP, coordinates referrals and family supports, and connects clients to community supports. Experience Required
High‑school diploma or GED and at least 18 credit hours of post‑high‑school education related to behavioral health, plus two years of full‑time behavioral health work experience; or four years of full‑time behavioral health work experience. Associate’s degree and at least two years of full‑time behavioral health work experience. Bachelor’s degree in a field other than behavioral health and at least one year of full‑time behavioral health work experience. Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health, or bachelor’s degree in a related field, with no specific work‑experience requirement. Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental‑health disorders. 1–3 years of substance‑abuse or mental‑health recovery‑oriented service experience. Preferred

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑115 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures. Current Arizona driver’s license in good standing with a clear 39‑month motor‑vehicle record. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card, Level 1. Benefits
