The
Attorney Relations Assignment Representative
is responsible for maintaining both the covered and 25% case assignment dockets which include assigning cases in a timely manner and making sure attorneys are performing to standard. This role also includes adding to our network of attorneys.
Job Functions
To provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound phone calls
To obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding a traffic citation and input that information into the computer system
To recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and properly notify Attorney Relations-Attorney Development Supervisor
To precisely input any information given by courts or attorneys into the computer system To properly complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner
To manage Assignment Docket(s)
To build the TVC network of attorneys
To perform other duties as assigned by Attorney Assignment Supervisor when needed
To arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift
To maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Talent Stop
Report to Supervisor/Manager
Experience and Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
3 Years in customer service
Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
Must be able to operate a computer, use the internet and be familiar with 10-key
Skills and Physical Demands
Excellent verbal and written (both typed and handwritten) communication
Highly self-motivated and results oriented
Ability to perform in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
Ability to think independently and problem solve
