Description
ShallBe Global Security is hiring professional Armed Security Officers for a Baltimore County contract. We are looking for disciplined, reliable, and highly professional officers to represent our company and the County with integrity and pride.
Responsibilities
Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents as needed.
Enforce security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of premises and documents.
Respond to emergencies and determine what actions to take.
Prepare reports on daily activities and incidents.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a safe environment.
Requirements
Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification.
Active Maryland Wear & Carry Permit.
Must provide and carry your own 9mm firearm with a secure OWB (outside waistband) holster.
Must have security pants, boots, and a vest — or be prepared to purchase them for duty use.
Reliable transportation is required.
An up-to-date resume must be submitted through our online application portal.
Flexible availability - able to work days, nights, and / or weekends.
Must maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor at all times.
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
