The Role at a Glance We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic chef manager to join our Corporate Chefs team in Schaumburg, IL. As a chef manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee a Corporate Dining food service program, ensuring operational excellence and financial acumen. This is a Monday‑Friday opportunity.
Responsibilities
Address customer service needs.
Help hire and train new staff, and attend training sessions and meetings when required.
Assist in the purchase of food and design menus.
Oversee a Corporate Dining food service program, ensuring high quality and efficient operations.
Qualifications Must‑haves
At least three years of prior experience working in a kitchen focused on cooking from scratch.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage your own schedule and the schedules of others.
Nice‑to‑haves
Prior management experience, preferably in a culinary environment.
ServSafe and/or HACCP certification.
Compensation Range Base: $68,000 – $72,000 plus bonus.
