We are seeking a CFO for an industrial mineral-based company who will play a key strategic and operational role in a high-growth company with a sustainable mission committed to improving the planet and all living beings. Candidate must have a proven ability to raise capital, manage banking and other lender relationships, manage invoice with bank covenants, strong financial contacts, as well as implementing sound financial discipline especially in managing cash flow. Candidate will have the ability to negotiate lines of credit with financial institutions, vendors, suppliers and develop settlements with creditors. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the Board of Directors and President & COO and will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the Company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the Company. The CFO will also be responsible for the Information & Technology function which includes the ERP, CRM, network administration, and any outsourced HKIS activities including payroll and benefits. This will include hands‑on direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, job costing, property management, deal analysis, investor relationships and partnership compliance, and private and institutional financing. Responsibilities

Work with the President and COO to develop the yearly business plans, manage within the budget, and report monthly the variances to budget and forecast. Forecast future capital needs and identify risks to capital needs. Originates, negotiates and closes short- and long-term capital as required. Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts. Take hands‑on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive product costing system. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance, Accounting, and IT functions. Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. Take lead role in managing yearly financial audits with external auditors. Take oversight role in all physical inventories conducted by operations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, so as to identify their needs, and seek full range of business solutions. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. Play a key role in the design and implementation of new ERP/CRM system ensuring all financial data and reporting needs are met. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Communicate strategic financial objectives to stakeholders including potential investors, creditors and internal staff. Communicate and coordinate financial and accounting matters with independent CPA firms. Provide deal analysis and negotiation strategies with all parties as required. Provide strategic direction on legal and compliance. Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Personal Attributes

PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment). Strong working knowledge of ERP Systems and Excel preferred. Qualifications and Requirements

BS in Business and/or Engineering, Master’s in Business Administration preferred 20+ years in progressively responsible business/financial leadership roles Active CPA license Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Proven track record in strategic planning, financial analysis, and capital management. Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience

Experience in scaling businesses. Experience in taking companies public (IPO) preferred. Experience in M&A and dives. Familiarity with international operations and multi-entity structures. Exposure to private equity or venture-backed environments. Strong background in implementing ERP/CRM systems. Raising short and long-term capital. Experience with industrial minerals and NI 43-101 reports a plus. Experience with financial support and tracking of U.S. Government grants a plus. Seniority level
