at our corporate headquarters in

Coppell, Texas . Our recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for all salaried positions. This role will also provide a great opportunity to lead our college internship program and be a mentor to early career professionals.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in recruiting various positions for salaried professionals. Key skills include sourcing, screening, and selecting talent, conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and making hiring recommendations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Manages full-cycle recruiting for all corporate and operations positions including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Schedulers, and Field Engineers

Partners with hiring managers to identify talent needs and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria

Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards and organizational needs

Utilizes knowledge of multiple recruiting outlets, such as social media and job boards, and sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented individuals

Determines through screening and experience which individuals are the best technical and cultural fit for our company across all office locations in Texas

Strives to provide an overall positive candidate experience and develop strategies to do so

Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other HR staff to support interview, evaluation and offer processes

Manages the Campus Recruiting efforts and assists with the Internship program

Manages the employee referral program

Tracks recruiting metrics and data to develop strategies to improve the process

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Maintains and develops relationships with new hires for current and future positions

Reviews, executes, and manages third‑party vendor contracts; ensures services rendered align

Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Have 3-5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably in the AEC industry; Civil/Construction is highly preferred

Knowledgeable in Boolean search techniques; AIRS training/certification is a plus

Proven success in managing a full-cycle recruiting process

Experience partnering with leadership teams and guiding hiring decisions

Have the ability to implement new, innovative methods for sourcing talent

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Have strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple priorities under stress

Must be able to work under pressure, to multi-task, and meet deadlines

Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or relevant work experience may substitute

Proficient in using ATS such as UKG/Ultipro, job boards, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

Occasional day and overnight travel will be required for recruitment fairs and events
