Position Summary Provide support, review, and input of assigned academic and non‑academic payroll data/deductions. Function as the primary source for payroll policies and procedures for specific departments and employees.

Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Performs a wide variety of payroll processing activities to establish and maintain accurate employee/payroll records, including recording payroll deductions such as garnishments, processing requests for On Demand payments, reviewing worker taxation, and updating employee payroll records as needed; direct deposit/kickbacks; gifts; update calendar and website; SSN approvals; payroll accounting adjustments; Work Comp wage requests.

Supports customer inquiries via ticketing system, including providing payroll support to both departments and employees, serving as point‑of‑contact for questions regarding pay slips, voluntary deductions, and tax withholding.

Assists in processing biweekly and monthly payrolls by ensuring data integrity and timely entry, utilizing payroll reports and worker profile review as needed.

Collaborates with other departments on special projects, reports, or integrations.

Performs other duties as assigned.
