Old Navy is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Spit Brook Rd. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, promoting brand loyalty, and supporting store operations during early morning shifts.

About the Role In this role, you will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent service, educating them about product and promotions, and executing store operations efficiently. Your goal is to bring the brand to life, build loyalty, and achieve productivity.
What You’ll Do
Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
Engage customers to drive sales using suggestive selling techniques.
Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
Support the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house duties as required.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
Handle customer interactions and resolve issues courteously and professionally.
Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
Who You Are
Good communicator who can effectively interact with customers and teammates to meet goals.
Customer‑focused service provider, both on and off the sales floor.
Enthusiastic about retail, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, learning, and taking action.
Flexible to work a schedule that includes holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
Able to use retail technology and maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office.
Can lift up to 30 lbs.
