Account Manager - Donor Tissue Recovery

Purpose The Account Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with tissue recovery agencies, ensuring high-quality training and service delivery, and driving partner performance.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and current tissue recovery agencies to support long-term partnerships
Deliver comprehensive, hands-on training in tissue recovery techniques to partner agencies, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards
Travel to partner agencies for initial onboarding visit and training, and at specified intervals for continued representation and relational development
Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Donor Services to facilitate smooth onboarding of new partners, including training, documentation, and operational integration
Create, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and efficiency of partner organizations
Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports for each partner, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating successes
Stay informed and ensure partners are aligned with current regulatory and industry standards, including but not limited to FDA, AATB, and state-level requirements
Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal policies and SOPs
Travel domestically up to 50% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings; ensure completion of assigned tasks within defined timeframes
Be flexible to work outside normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable notice to support business needs when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a biological science or related field from an accredited college or university, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in organ, tissue, or eye donation (or related field); OR
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 7 years of experience in organ, tissue, or eye donation (or related field) will be accepted
Certified Tissue Bank Specialist preferred
Clearance of favorable background investigation required
