What We Are Looking For We’re looking for a visionary and versatile Product & Graphic Designer to lead the creative development of wall art and home décor collections that inspire. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive concept creation, visual storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration to bring products to life – from mood boards to 3D mockups to final sales presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of home décor product visuals (wall art, accessories, décor pieces) by developing concept boards, mood boards, and collection stories aligned with Art Remedy’s brand vision and market‑driven trends.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to design print, digital, and physical product visuals, including packaging, labels, product tags, and display assets.
Employ AI design tools and software to generate concept iterations, pattern treatments, textiles or surface explorations, and design modifications.
Create 3D renderings and digital mock‑ups of products to visualize form, scale, finishes, and in‑home environments.
Collaborate with product development and merchandising teams to define product specifications (size, finish, print method, substrate) and ensure design intent is maintained through production.
Build and maintain presentation‑ready art files and visuals for internal reviews, sales meetings, and customer‑facing presentations.
Create dynamic sales presentations for new collections, seasonal launches, and major buyer meetings, communicating collection stories, visuals, and retail positioning.
Develop assets for sales and merchandising use: high‑resolution product images, lifestyle imagery, digital catalogues, and marketing collateral.
Work closely with the sales team to understand client feedback, presentation needs, and collateral requirements; refine materials accordingly.
Ensure all sales visuals align with brand standards and convey product value clearly and creatively.
Use
project management
tools such as
Wrike
to plan, track, and deliver creative projects on time, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.
Partner with trend, merchandising, product development, and sourcing teams to stay ahead of shifts in color, materials, and home décor trends.
Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently, track deliverables, and maintain version control and organized design libraries.
Serve as a creative connector—bridging design aesthetics, technical execution, and merchandising needs to ensure alignment across all product lifecycle phases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools for ideation, pattern generation, and surface design.
Experience creating 3D renderings and digital mock‑ups (e.g., KeyShot, Blender, or equivalent).
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for sales and merchandising audiences.
Proven experience using project management software such as Wrike, Monday.com, or Asana to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong communicator and collaborator across creative, sales, and production teams.
Full‑time availability; hybrid (WFH/office) Monday‑Friday.
Benefits
