The Role We’re looking for a motivated, early‑career sales professional ready to make an impact. As an Associate Sales Consultant (ASC), you’ll partner closely with a Pulmonary Sales Consultant (PSC) to expand awareness and adoption of Biodesix’s lung disease diagnostic tests.
This role balances business development and account stewardship—maintaining current business within established accounts, ensuring consistent utilization of our solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives long‑term retention.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with PSCs to drive adoption and sustained utilization of Biodesix products
Act as a trusted partner to healthcare providers, ensuring their needs are met and accounts remain engaged
Proactively identify risks to account retention and implement solutions to strengthen relationships
Support new account onboarding while maintaining a focus on account health and growth
Learn the science behind our diagnostics and communicate it clearly to providers
Stay organized and responsive with timely CRM updates, follow‑ups, and pipeline management
What You’ll Bring
A track record of persistence, drive, and teamwork—whether in sales, school, sports, or elsewhere
Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of related sales experience preferred (not required)
Grit, curiosity, and a customer‑first mindset
Ability to balance relationship‑building with accountability for results
Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%
Pharmaceutical sales experience is not preferred for this role
What You’ll Get
$70,000- $80,000 base
Monthly commission based on sales target achievement
