Retail Sales Associate
ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, a world-class cutlery and cookware company, is looking for part time Sales Associates to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion! Foodservice, cooking experience a plus! Mandarin, Korean, Spanish bi-lingual speakers desired.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure outstanding and consistent customer service
Maintain an attractive and inviting store environment
Show and demonstrate products to encourage customer engagement
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist in receiving shipments in an organized and timely manner
Maintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphere
Qualifications and Skills
Enjoy cooking and entertaining
Enjoy talking with and educating customers about products
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekends
Commitment to customer service and constant improvement
Retail sales experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Able to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time
Able to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder

Compensation Range $17-18.00 per hour contingent upon experience
