GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Floater / Rover to provide rapid response and threat surveillance in corporate environments. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong observation skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in high‑security settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have an active driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must have one year of security guard experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Floater / Rover
Provide customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control and maintain high security standards
Perform regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns promptly
Maintain the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Floater / Rover
State security licence and additional 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process)
Authorised to work in the U.S.
Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Strong report writing skills
Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
Strong proficiency with technology and basic phone/computer skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus
Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Flexibility is essential.
