Overview Director, Brand Communications – Philadelphia
Marketing is at the core of our world and at the heart of where we make our decisions. As the North American Brand Communications Director for Philadelphia, you will be at the center for the biggest decisions we make that drive brand love and loyalty. Reporting into the Vice President of Philadelphia, this role is responsible for inspiring and elevating the creative strategy and work developed by their teams and agency partners in the U.S. You will lead by example to help inspire bold creativity, foster trust, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and connect innovative, consumer-led approaches to the business strategy and brand priorities. You and your team will drive agile creativity that fulfills our brands’ business needs, while mentoring and growing your team and acting as a cultural ambassador for the Creative Factory within Kraft Heinz Company.
Responsibilities Team oversight: empower the team to think bigger, faster, and more creatively, and develop and implement breakthrough ideas with speed.
Mentor all levels of team strategists, from analysts to Senior Brand Managers, with a focus on their professional development.
Strategy oversight: lead all aspects of the creative journey for owned categories from strategy through execution, including initiation of briefs, multi-year campaign strategies, in-year executions, and culture activations.
Inspire consumer-centric thinking and guide the team to define the strategic direction for brand idea, voice, and messages to meet business and brand objectives.
Creative guidance & development: move the team from advertisers to creators, adopting agile ways of working to enhance connectivity and collaboration with the business and accelerate breakthrough thinking.
Own the consumer journey for in-year campaign executions and manage relationships with internal and external agency partners.
Stakeholder influence: engage North American leadership teams, presenting strategic approaches and rationale to steer the creative process with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Promote collaboration between Creative Factory, Platform teams, internal groups, and partner agencies to craft insights-based strategies and culturally relevant executions.
Agency relations: support agency relationships, drive clarity and speed of decision-making, and coach on agency management and feedback.
Qualifications Creative innovator, strategic brand leader passionate about brand, design, and consumer experience to drive business results.
Proven experience in marketing for a CPG company or agency/consulting/advertising experience.
Track record of driving award-winning creativity at local or global levels.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong multi-project management.
Strong critical thinking with a results-driven mindset, including campaign planning from concept to execution across varied consumer segments.
Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience managing cross-functional teams to inspire change.

Our Total Rewards philosophy provides a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families. New Hire Base Salary Range: $184,800.00 - $231,000.00. This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus and Long-Term Incentive (LTI), with benefits and wellbeing programs varying by role, country, region, and employment status.
