What You'll Do
Collaborate with various teams to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all candidates.
Work to build out our Ashby ATS instance and find new efficiencies that will help the recruiting team work smarter and not just harder.
Keep all job postings and interview plans current and well-documented.
Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members; providing quick and thoughtful solutions.
Explore and apply innovative strategies for identifying talent and fostering cohesive teams.
Join forces with our Talent Leadership and Recruitment Team to achieve our inclusive hiring objectives.
Engage in projects to discover new avenues for candidate engagement.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of recruiting or operations experience in a diverse and high growth organization.
You can focus on the details and you have the ability to manage several crucial tasks simultaneously.
You can navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with available support.
You have the ability to build operations from the ground up.
You’re passionate about continuous learning and growth in recruitment.
You have a consistent record of professional and academic achievement.
You have respect for and commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with everyone in our organization, and at all levels.
You can flex to handle any situation and you are proactive in a dynamic work environment.
