About the Role
InterEx Group is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) of Recruitment to lead and scale our U.S. Contract & SOW division from our Miami office.
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, and knows how to balance commercial drive with strong building relationships.
You’ll oversee and expand a team of high-performing consultants, develop client partnerships across the U.S., and drive our continued growth in the SAP, Salesforce, and Data contract markets. Reporting directly to our CEO, Jamie Fraser, you’ll have the autonomy to build, innovate, and lead with impact, backed by one of the fastest-growing global recruitment firms in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performing Contract & SOW recruitment team within SAP, Salesforce, or Data markets.
Take ownership of an existing team of consultants, with a mandate to scale headcount and performance rapidly.
Drive revenue growth through strategic business development, key account management, and relationship-led client partnerships.
Promote and sell Statement of Work (SOW) and contract staffing solutions, aligning with client needs and project delivery goals.
Build a high-energy, collaborative, and structured environment that fosters accountability and success.
Partner with senior leadership to define and execute U.S. growth strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Coach, mentor, and develop consultants to become consistent billers and future leaders.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment agency leadership, ideally within IT contract recruitment (SAP, Salesforce, or Data).
Demonstrated success in selling contracts and SOW solutions to mid-to-enterprise-level clients.
A strong track record in business development, client retention, and strategic relationship building.
Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A process-oriented, commercial leader with excellent communication and people skills.
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to build something exceptional within a growing global brand.
