Procession Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Reston, VA.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection of IT and cyber security candidates for our clients.
Technical Recruiter Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment, including writing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing recommendations for hire, and conducting reference checks
Leverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and internal applicant tracking system (ATS), to identify candidates
Create and execute recruiting plans and marketing strategies to help accomplish team goals
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and networks
Attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approach
Provide recommendations and insights to team and customers regarding best practices
Technical Recruiter Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, food service, customer success, or recruiting
Ability to meet and exceed minimum weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
Responsive to feedback and comfortable with handling objections
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
Technical Recruiter Compensation
Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus uncapped commission
