SVP – Solomon Page | Expert in Permanent & Interim Talent Solutions for Accounting & Finance | Executive Search, Strategic Ops and HR| Board Member|… Our client is looking to fill the role of HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will serve as the right hand to the HR Director, supporting day-to-day human resources operations and helping to build scalable processes across the employee lifecycle. This role will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives that strengthen culture, improve retention, and support our expanding team.
This is a hybrid role based out of West Palm Beach, Florida, with 3 days in-office expected.
Salary for the role will be $65k-$90k – Role will start as temp to hire and will convert to perm fast pending employee performance, work ethic and reliability.
Responsibilities Partner closely with the HR Director to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Support all areas of HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
Manage employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with recruiting coordination, candidate communications, and offer processes.
Help develop and roll out HR programs to enhance engagement, training, and retention.
Support payroll and benefits processes in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and company policies.
Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related inquiries.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Raw Nutrition’s culture and employee experience.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources role (CPG, Food and Beverage, or fast-paced environment preferred).
Solid understanding of HR laws, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; ADP or similar system experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust and credibility at all levels.
