Volt is hiring Production Personnel for a busy client in Simi Valley!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble machines and components using hand tools and manual techniques.
• Identify and label parts accurately using part numbers.
• Follow assembly line procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
• Maintain high attention to detail for quality control and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and understand part numbers and assembly instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and coordination.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Location: Simi Valley, CA
Schedule: AWS 4/10 - Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (½ hour lunch)
Pay: Starting at $19-$20/hr, depending on experience and skill level
