The Supply Chain function is essential to our success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality products. Responsibilities Track operational output measures (efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory accuracy, transactional accuracy) and anticipate trends that could compromise financial targets. Develop the team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and reach short‑ and long‑term performance goals. Deliver effective change leadership to drive business changes while minimizing people impact. Communicate and collaborate cross‑functionally to assist the team in solving operational issues. Motivate team members to achieve plan goals. Incorporate productivity, yield loss, TPM continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives into the manufacturing strategic plan. Maintain a regular presence on the plant floor. Experience 3–5 years supervising in food and beverage manufacturing. Experience developing/coaching hourly staff preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity. Experience in continuous improvement. Experience in analyzing and trending data to identify root causes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. Must be located in the City of Industry, CA, or willing to relocate for the duration of employment. Willingness to be onsite daily at the Tropicana manufacturing plant in City of Industry, CA. Role requires off‑shift and/or weekend work. Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
