Middle School Guidance Office Clerk.
This is a full-time, 10 month, on-site, permanent position supporting the daily operations of the middle school guidance offices at Jefferson Middle School and Mellon Middle School.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings at Jefferson Middle School Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday at Mellon Middle School
Hours: 7:45 AM - 3:15 PM (7.5 work hours per day plus a 30 minute unpaid lunch)
Calendar: 190 days per school year (Late August-Early June) (summers, weekends, and holidays off)
Starting wages are either $16.33 or $16.73 per hour (approximately $23,270 or $23,840 annually), for new hires to the District, depending upon previous school district experience. The annual salary will be proratd during the first year based on start date.

Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's Degree, and/or comparable experience and personal characteristics that reflect excellent record keeping and secretarial skills, organizational ability, broad knowledge of administrative functions, and personal relations skills. 3-5 years of demonstrated secretarial, clerical or office support experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
