Job Summary

Full‑time (4 days) and part‑time (3 days) positions available. Work delivering Amazon packages within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated locations.
• Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage (hand trucks provided).
• Complete 150–199 stops per day in all weather conditions.
• Walk 6–8 miles a day extended period; maintain pace.
• Climb several flights of stairs throughout the day.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with recipients.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues to management.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• No CDL required.

Work Environment

Work includes all kinds of weather (rain, sun, cold, heat).

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old, valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen.
• Seven‑year clean driving record; no more than two marks.
• Good physical shape to walk 5‑7 miles during a delivery day; deliver up to 190 stops, finish route in 10.5 hours.
• Great work ethic, attitude, and reliability.
• Willing to work at least Saturday or Sunday on weekends.
• Drivers work a 10.5‑hour shift with a four‑day work week.
• Shift: Day shift 9:20 am–7:45 pm.
