Temporary Administrative Assistant – Finance Support

On-site: Irvine, California

Duration: 4 Months Plus

Pay: $30 to $34 per hour

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our Finance team in a 4-month, on-site assignment in Irvine. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to finance and accounting teams
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal communications
  • Support month-end reporting and documentation tasks
  • Handle confidential financial information with discretion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a finance or accounting setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Irvine
