Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various contract, permanent, right-to-hire and internal technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Utilize innovative recruitment technologies and platforms to identify top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Stay current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agency-side technical recruitment is a must.
• Demonstratable and quantifiable history of success in recruiting.
• Strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and recruitment tools.
• Resilience and thick skin to handle rejection and candidate feedback.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (experience with Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred).
• Competitive salary ($60,000) + commission + incentive based kickers, and benefits package.
