Your day as a HR GENERALIST

As an HR Generalist at Family HealthCare you will take charge of key responsibilities that drive our organizational success. Your expertise in recruiting will enable you to attract top talent, building a diverse and skilled workforce dedicated to excellence. You'll oversee benefits administration, leave requests, job postings, interview coordination and orientation/onboarding. Ensuring that our employees receive valuable options that enhance their wellbeing and job satisfaction. Additionally, your role in employee relations will foster a compassionate workplace environment, where open communication and support are at the forefront.

Would you be a great HR GENERALIST

To succeed as an HR Generalist at Family HealthCare in Fargo, ND, you will need a strong foundation in human resources practices coupled with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree and or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software is essential, as these tools will streamline your recruiting and benefits administration tasks. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport and trust in employee relations, enabling you to address concerns and foster a positive workplace culture effectively. A keen analytical mindset will also help you assess recruitment strategies and employee satisfaction metrics, driving continuous improvement. Your ability to exhibit compassion and professionalism will empower you to navigate sensitive situations with grace, aligning with our core values and making a difference in the lives of our employees. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
