We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our office. The Office Assistant will play a critical role in supporting daily administrative tasks, enhancing overall productivity, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for both our staff and clients. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for a variety of duties that include managing phone calls, assisting with scheduling, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments for staff members.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of office files and records.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
