Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

• Restaurant Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.
• Help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for guests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha or Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
