We are seeking a Recruiting Supervisor to oversee the hiring process to find, attract, and hire top talent by leading a recruiting team, and ensuring an efficient, hiring process for our growing firm.  The Job   Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and maintain high quality work
Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times
Buy‑in: You will speak with hiring managers daily, in person, to update them on job requisitions and candidates
Negotiate: You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates
Offers: You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates
Sourcing: Oversee candidate sourcing through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline
What we seek from you   Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a recruiting team.
Understand the recruiting lifecycle, best practices, and relevant employment laws
Ability to analyze recruitment data and track metrics about the hiring process
Experience with high‑volume phone calls with daily, weekly, and monthly metric KPI expectations.
Professionalism at the highest level‑You will be representing our firm to its future leaders
Operate with high urgency, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success.
Able to recruit in multi‑state environments
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs
Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.
Qualifications   At least 8 years of direct hire experience as a full‑cycle recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience
Recruiting in Personal Injury Law a plus
Past applicant tracking system use is required. Knowledge of JazzHR is a plus
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for this role but not required
Total Compensation Package   Salary plus annual bonus ~ Depending on experience
