URBN Supply Chain Recruiting Coordinator

Location: 1300 South Dean Avenue, Raymore, Missouri, 64083 United States

Role: This position is located at URBN’s Raymore fulfillment site with possible travel to other locations for hiring events, recruitment activities, and community engagement initiatives.

Schedule: MON-FRI, 8AM-5PM (flex as needed)

Location: Raymore, MO (on-site)

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr

The Recruiting Coordinator supports recruitment efforts for URBN’s supply chain fulfillment centers. The role involves building relationships with local organizations, participating in job fairs, and promoting URBN as an employer of choice within the community. Collaboration and clear communication with key stakeholders are essential to meet hiring goals and align with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, excels at task prioritization, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manages the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hourly roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and ATS management.
  • Partners with temporary staffing agencies, centralized planning, operations leadership, and HR to coordinate weekly headcount needs and facilitate the monthly conversion process from temporary to permanent employment.
  • Delivers exceptional candidate support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Guides new hires through onboarding and paperwork to ensure a seamless transition into orientation and employment.
  • Supports planning, promotion, and execution of hiring events and community job fairs, creating an engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaborates with the Supply Chain recruitment team across the network to assist with hiring surges during peak seasons or for other specialized roles as needed.

Role Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, though not required
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience partnering with business leaders to support hiring needs
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Travel as needed to other site locations
