Comprehensive Ophthalmologist or Glaucoma Specialist – Full-Time (Clifton, NJ)

About the Practice Join a high-volume, well-established MD / OD practice dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care in a collaborative medical and surgical setting. We’re seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Ophthalmologist or Glaucoma Specialist to meet growing patient demand and expand subspecialty services. You'll be part of a team that values clinical excellence and patient‑centered care in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency
Fellowship training in glaucoma (preferred but not required for comprehensive role)
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Ophthalmology
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New Jersey
Strong surgical skills with experience in cataract surgery; MIGS and glaucoma procedures a plus
Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
Passion for long‑term patient care and collaboration with co‑managing optometrists
Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
