We are looking for a dependable and safety-minded CDL Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites and company yards-playing a vital role in keeping our paving operations running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have: A valid CDL license and clean driving record Proven experience operating commercial vehicles in construction or a related industry

Safely operate commercial vehicles (e.g., dump truck, flatbed, lowboy, or trailer) to transport materials and equipment Load and unload trucks using proper methods to prevent shifting, damage, or injury Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage reports, and trip documentation Follow delivery schedules, GPS directions, and instructions from dispatch or supervisors Secure loads using chains, binders, tarps, or straps as needed Comply with all DOT, state, and federal transportation regulations Assist crews with labor or site tasks when deliveries are complete (as needed) Report any mechanical issues, delays, or safety concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicle Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Valid Class A or B CDL (depending on vehicle type) Clean driving record and current DOT medical card 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred Experience hauling construction materials or equipment is a plus Familiarity with load securement, tie-down procedures, and safe operating practices Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with loading/unloading when required Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed Physical Requirements : (Each to have one of the following based on the position: Never, Rarely, Occasionally, Constantly) Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods:
